1. Operator
The website at stvir.app, including www.stvir.app, and the desk offered there under the name Stvir (the "Service") are operated by FiveToClose ("FiveToClose"). FiveToClose operates the Service from the United States.
2. The Service
Stvir is a desk for short vertical films. A signed-in Customer can make a film, finish a cut from footage the Customer already shot, and build a carousel of still slides. The Service prepares those files. The Customer posts them from the Customer's own accounts. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice govern use of the Service.
3. Copyright
Copyright 2026 Stvir.app by FiveToClose. The site, the text on these pages, the Stvir name, and the mark used with the Service are owned by FiveToClose, except for the films, cuts, and carousels produced for a Customer's account and the footage a Customer uploads. No part of the site may be copied for a competing product. A file produced for a Customer's account may be used by that Customer as the Terms of Service allow.
4. Marks
Stvir and the Stvir mark are used by FiveToClose. FiveToClose is the name of the operator. Nothing on this page grants a right to use those names or the mark. Other names that appear in the Service, including Google and Stripe, are the names of their own owners and are used here to identify those services.
5. Documents
The binding terms for use of the Service are the Terms of Service. The Privacy Notice describes the account information the Service keeps. This Legal Notice identifies the operator and the copyright in the site. If a sentence in this notice conflicts with the Terms of Service on a question of use, fees, or liability, the Terms of Service control.
6. Contact
Legal notices, copyright notices, and account questions go to support@fivetoclose.cloud. Write from the Google email address on the account when the message is about an account. Include the date of any charge. Do not send a password or a full card number.
