Privacy Notice

Effective 3 October 2026. Last revised 3 October 2026. This notice describes the personal information FiveToClose handles for the desk at stvir.app.

1. Who holds the information

FiveToClose operates Stvir and is the party that decides why account information is kept and how it is used for the Service. In this notice, "Customer" means the person who signs in. Contact for privacy requests is support@fivetoclose.cloud.

2. Information the Service stores

When Customer signs in, the Service stores the Google account identifier and the email address Google provides. It does not keep a separate profile, a mailing list, or a copy of Customer's contacts. The Service stores a sign-in cookie named stvir on Customer's browser so the desk can recognize the session. That cookie is HttpOnly, lasts 30 days, uses SameSite=Lax, and is marked Secure on stvir.app.

On the account, the Service stores the plan Customer is on, whether Stripe reports the subscription as paid, the Stripe customer identifier, the Stripe subscription identifier, the video type Customer chose, the resolution Customer chose, the film credits used in the current month, the films Customer made, the cuts Customer finished, and the carousel slides the desk built. Those media files are shown only to the signed-in account that owns them.

The card number remains with Stripe. The Service does not store the card number.

3. Information used to make a file and not kept on the account

The words Customer types for a film are sent to xAI so the film can be made. The words Customer types for a carousel are sent to xAI so the slide lines can be written. Those words are not written into the account record. A 720p film may include a preset voice supplied for that film. A video Customer uploads is used to finish the cut and is removed from temporary storage after the cut is made. The finished cut is kept on the account.

The host keeps ordinary server logs, which can include the network address, the browser, the time, and the page requested. Those logs are kept for the host's ordinary operations and security retention.

4. Sign-in and payment providers

Google performs sign-in under Google's own terms. The request is limited to openid, email, and profile. It does not request Customer's mail, contacts, or files. Stripe processes the subscription payment under Stripe's own terms. xAI generates the film and the carousel lines under xAI's own terms. Each provider handles the information it receives under its own rules, for sign-in, payment, or generation. The Service does not place advertising pixels on the desk.

5. Purposes

FiveToClose uses this information to open and run the account, to make and store the films, cuts, and carousels Customer requests, to apply the monthly film credits, to collect the subscription, to keep the Service secure, and to answer a request sent to the address in this notice. FiveToClose does not sell account information and does not share it for another company's advertising.

6. How long it is kept

Account records and the files on the account are kept while the account is open, and afterward for as long as FiveToClose needs them to keep billing records or to answer a dispute. Customer may request deletion of the account and its files by writing to support@fivetoclose.cloud from the Google email address on the account. A deletion request does not require FiveToClose to erase a charge record that Stripe is required to retain, or a log entry the host is required to keep.

Where the law gives Customer a right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to a use of it, Customer may send that request to the same address. FiveToClose may need to confirm that the message comes from the account holder before acting on it.

7. Security

FiveToClose uses ordinary administrative and technical measures to protect account records, including a session cookie that script on the page cannot read and media paths that are served only to the owning account. No method of storage is perfect, and this notice does not warrant that unauthorized access is impossible. A privacy question shall be sent to support@fivetoclose.cloud from the Google email address on the account. Customer shall not include a password or a full card number.

8. Children

The Service is a paid desk for adults, as stated in the Terms of Service. It is not directed to children under 13. FiveToClose does not knowingly keep account information from a child under 13. If Customer believes a child has signed in, write to support@fivetoclose.cloud and FiveToClose will delete the account information it is required to delete.

9. Changes

FiveToClose may revise this notice by posting the revised text on stvir.app. The date at the top of the page is the date of the revision. Continued use after that date is the notice Customer has of the revision.
